About Community
Wardrobe NG
A foundation born from love, dedicated to preserving dignity and bringing hope to those who need it most.
A Legacy of Compassion
Community Wardrobe NG was established in loving memory of Mrs. Oma Christine Ahunna Smith (née Asonye) — a remarkable woman whose life was defined by her boundless compassion and her unwavering belief in the dignity of every human being.
She gave not because she had much, but because she cared deeply. In her memory, we continue the work she lived — reaching out to the most vulnerable in our communities with clothing, food, and household essentials.
Since our founding, we have grown from a small local initiative into a structured non-profit organisation serving communities across Rivers State and beyond, touching thousands of lives each year.
